I founded KG Business Partner  - Kaduc Group Business Partner with a clear vision and strong conviction about what I wanted to achieve.

Although the journey has not always been easy and I have encountered various challenges along the way, step by step I have been successfully fulfilling the goals with which I entered the business world.

Within the company, I oversee the strategic management of financial operations, negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, clients, and prospective customers, and actively build long-term partnership relationships. At the same time, I lead and coordinate the HR team to ensure we effectively develop the human capital that is essential to our success.

I have succeeded in building a team of people I can truly rely on — dependable, results-oriented professionals who operate as genuine team players. It is thanks to them that I am able to fulfill the vision upon which I founded the company and continuously drive it forward.
